| Are you saying that we should not question your wishes regardless of the logic behind them because of some problems in the past and not necessarily because the cams are defective? We have done a lot of work on your car and it has been here several times. It actually came back once to get the motor redone after you had been drag racing with a dry shot of nitrous and ran it lean. With all the work we have done, yes there have been a few problems on our end a few years ago. However we did get the car back here and take care of everything we were responsible for and were under the impression you were satisfied at that time. You now seem to be digging for a reason to justify your current cause. This post started out about cams. Our concern is that you are having a problem with some cams you purchased from us. Through the process of helping you with it, we found out that your cams do not have the VTC check valves installed in the back. We feel this explains the problems you are having. We certainly can't go any further with searching for a problem until they are installed correctly in the first place. We have asked that you follow our recommendations and get the check valves installed. Instead you are expecting us to replace the cams for you. You came here to make a fuss because we respectfully refused to do so. If you want to purchase JWT cams you can and we will offer you a set at cost. We are not obligated to take your existing used cams back for full credit unless they are defective. If they were still new we would be happy to exchange them for you. As you are aware John is now also in communication with you and we are going to do everything we can to help you regardless of whose fault this is.
